Integrative Health & Wellness Advisor


My mission is to help you strengthen the body, calm the mind, and lift the human spirit - to enhance both longevity and quality of life! 


I received my Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College in 2016 Following graduate school, I worked as a travel physical therapist in the outpatient and home health settings in multiple states throughout the country. In 2023, I became board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Recently, I became certified as a Blue Zones Health Professional adding to my knowledge and skills as an ambassador for health and longevity. 

I have an extensive background in health and wellness, ranging from in-person and virtual personal training, developing and managing lifestyle medicine programs at several clinics across the country, to working as a virtual health consultant and an outpatient and home health physical therapist. With a decade of direct patient care and clinical experience in the healthcare system, I experienced not only the health struggles of individuals and communities, but also the power and resilience of the human body, mind, and spirit, no matter their circumstance in life, genes, or health history. It also became clear how our current healthcare system is failing and ailing in many ways with regard to the promotion of human health and quality of life. Pills and procedures have their time and place, but should not have a monopoly on healthcare. Outcomes are significantly better when treatment, regardless of the condition or issues, is combined with nuanced and professionally guided lifestyle changes. 

I'm now part of a growing movement of healthcare professionals who are contributing to the very much so necessary paradigm shift in how we address disease and dysfunction. We are pushing towards a model of care that addresses the whole person, sees human potential rather than focusing on deficits, addresses the underlying root causes of imbalance and disease, is affordable and equitable, and ensures both patients and healthcare workers thrive.


Personally, I have experienced for myself the power of well informed and evidence based lifestyle changes since embarking on this wonderful journey of figuring out natural ways to enhance health, wellness, and, ultimately, the human experience.
